This mini-clinic is appropriate for all level riders from beginner to advanced who already feel comfortable riding mountain bikes on single track trails and want to practice some jumping skills in a controlled environment.
Open to ages 10 and up.
Beginner level riders will benefit from a proper introduction to these skills to get started on the right foot. Advanced level riders will appreciate the refinement of these techniques to help them use them more intentionally.
-
These clinics will be led by the professional coaches of MTB Skills Factory
Josh Whitmore - Owner / Head Coach. GSMBC Level 4 Expert Coach
Emily Cox GSMBC Intermediate Coach - Intro to Air certified
-
This is a 1hr small group clinic with a maximum of 6 people.
We’ll start with an intro to listen to your previous experience and goals, then set expectations and a plan for the clinic
Then, we’ll move into a skills assessment and move through the essential pre-requisite skills most likely in an open area.
Then we’ll take it to individual features in the skills area or on trail at Kanuga
We’ll aim for plenty of practice time and lots of individual feedback and analysis
-
FREE! We’re volunteering for this, so if your clinic was excellent, consider tipping your coach!
