Saturday September 5th
10am-1pm Intro to Bike Park New to riding at lift service bike parks? Join us to cover the fundamentals the unique demands of downhill parks including body position, braking, terrain choice, loading/unloading of the lift, and etiquette.
2pm-5pm Cornering Do you get hung up, lose speed, or lose control in corners, especially the steep berms at bike parks? Maybe you’d like to figure out how to carry more exit speed? This clinic takes a deep dive into the skills needed to corner with more control, confidence, and speed.
2pm-5pm Advanced Jumping If you are already clearing basic table-top jumps and want to work on precision for different shape ramps/lips or want to start to adding some movement / style / tricks to your jumping, join us for this clinic to help you jump better!
Sunday September 6th
10am -1pm Advanced Braking Hatley is Steep with lots of natural surface loamers! Want to tackle steeper terrain with more control? Develop front brake control, intentional body positioning, and dynamic strategy for Steep chutes and feature-rich trails.
10am-1pm Women’s+ Cornering Clinic Want to rail bike park berms with confidence? This clinic will explore the essential body positions and movements to feel strong and capable in corners. We’ll also strategize line choice, braking, and traction control to feel in-control and carry speed.
2pm-5pm Intermediate / Advanced Drops Already riding drops but want to have a more intentional and adjustable technique to apply to different shape drops when approaching at different speeds? This drop clinic gives you the tools to understand any drop geometry and the skills needed to tackle them in control.
2pm-5pm Women’s+ Gravity Clinic For riders wanting to tackle more difficult technical downhill terrain with more control and confidence. Let’s take your riding to the next level for tech trails, steep trails, and bike park features!

MTB Skills Factory aims to provide the highest quality and most professional skills instruction possible.
We keep our group sizes small with a max of 6 in each group. Rather than run a group of 12 with 2 instructors, we'll split into 2 smaller groups when numbers for a clinic exceed 5 or 6.

Required for this lesson:
A bicycle in good working order. You can bring your own bike (regular mountain bike or eBike). Full-suspension bikes are recommended. Rental bikes are available here.
Full-Face Helmets are required for lift access bike parks. Rentals are available here.
Water and food to last the duration of your lesson
Closed toe shoes (no sandals, flip-flops, or crocs)
Knee Pads are required
Optional (but highly recommended) equipment: Elbow Pads, Gloves
